Why small group tours?
While it’s still big enough to have a great communal atmosphere, it’s still intimate enough that you may explore each spot on your own. Our small semi-private groups are never more than ten people.
We continue to use this as the standard upper limit for the size of small groups because it has consistently been highlighted as an important selling element by all of our client’s testimonials. Because of the frequent positive feedback we’ve received from our guests regarding our ability to handle small groups, we’ve decided that this will be the typical maximum number of people in a group.

PS: Bakong Temple is an incredible temple and a fascinating must-see attraction. All our visitors love it, especially for the amount of beautiful pictures they can take.
Bakong Temple is considered the prototype of later Angkor temples and is the largest and most complex of the Roluos group. The temple was built during the reign of King Indravarman I in the late 9th century AD, as the state temple of the first capital of the Khmer empire.
The temple is a pyramid-shaped structure, with five levels and a central tower. The first level is a rectangular platform with an open pavilion, and the second and third levels have four large gates with carvings of guardian figures. The fourth level is a smaller platform with four smaller towers, and the central tower is on the fifth level. The central tower looks like the temple on Mount Meru, which Hindus and Buddhists believe is the center of the world.
The temple is also known for its intricate carvings, which include scenes from Hindu mythology and everyday life. The carvings on the lintels and pediments depict scenes from the Ramayana and Mahabharata epics, as well as scenes of daily life such as farming, hunting, and music-making.
Bakong Temple is an incredibly photogenic place, and it is a must-see attraction for anyone visiting Siem Reap and Cambodia.
The temple’s pyramid shape, intricate carvings, and lush surroundings make it a photographer’s paradise, offering many opportunities for beautiful pictures; a great place for photography enthusiasts and amateur photographers to practice their skills and capture some stunning shots.
