Is it necessary to print a receipt to show the tour guide?
We recognize that you may not have access to a printer while traveling, so a printed copy is not required. However, you must produce the id that corresponds to your reservation as well as the order # that is instantly emailed to you when you make your appointment.
Private tours or shared tours?
What kind of prices are associated with private tours?

As you can see inside the dedicated tour pages, the private tours are priced per group (2 persons, 3 persons, 5 persons, and so on), while the semi-private tours (very small group tours up to a maximum of 8 to 10 persons) are priced per person.
How do I book and make payments?
It is always highly advised to check the seat availability before making a reservation.
We process SSL Secure payments with Stripe or PayPal as well as credit cards (Visa, Master Card, UnionPay, JBC, and others).
- You can pick how many guests and the dates you want from the tour page.
- Then, by clicking on the BOOK NOW button, you can add the number of tickets you wish to pay for online to your shopping cart.
- Finally, you can proceed with checkout from your shopping cart, using direct credit card payment or going to the PayPal page.
For your security the direct credit card payment is protected and requires that you have the One-Time Password procedure activated on your credit card. The transaction is authenticated with a second-factor authentication provided by the credit card issuing bank (OTP or SMS token)…

If you do not have OTP system activated, then you will need to use your credit card through PayPal by choosing PayPal when you are prompted to choose a payment method during the checkout process.
When you get to the first page of PayPal, you have the option of using it immediately or clicking the link that says “checkout as a guest” to use any card you want.
Note that when you visit a different nation, PayPal may display its interface in a language that is not your native tongue. If this happens, you can switch the interface’s language to English by clicking the button located in the upper right corner of the window that allows you to log in.
Your tour preparations
What should I put on and bring with me?
You can examine the description of any tour to find out what we recommend you wear; the following items, in particular, are always very important to us, especially whether we are on temple excursions or on trekking in the forest: a light T-shirt, sunblock and sunglasses, a camera, extra clothing, comfy walking shoes or hiking shoes, a cap or a hat. These are all essential items to bring.
- Be aware that there is a clothing code to follow in order to visit temples; you are required to have your shoulders and knees covered, as well as wear shoes with closed toes.
- It is imperative that you never, ever forget your cameras or GoPros since you need to record these incredible experiences and every journey needs to be preserved in your memory book for all time.
Reservations and tour departure
Where is my departure point?
You can sit back, relax, and take in the sights at each of our destinations knowing that our teams will always come to pick you up at your hotel lobby:
It is important that you arrive in the hotel lobby approximately ten minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, that you inform the receptionist at the front desk that you are waiting for your pick-up, and that you wait in a place where you can clearly see both your transportation and your driver arriving.
Note that for this matter, you do receive in your email all the information of your driver and tour guide for the tour day, including their phone number, which you can hand to your Hotel front desk so they can stay in contact at the time of your tour pick-up.
How do refunds and cancellations work within your company?
We will assist you with the refund transactions or a date change if you request one. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the excursion or tour, we will consider your booking and payment to be non-refundable. This policy applies to virtually all tour bookings.
After 24 hours before the date of departure of the excursion or tour, we will consider your booking and payment to be non-refundable. This is because the deposit is used to cover and secure the costs of the arrangements and organizing, which is always regarded to be non-refundable.
In case the guests do no-show at pick up time, the reservation will be considered to be non-refundable.
In the event that a guest fails to appear for their reservation or cancels their reservation at a later time owing to a pre-existing medical condition, they will be required to provide evidence in the form of a medical certificate that attests to the actual conditions of the guest.
Any guest who is able to provide a medical certificate will be eligible for a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the total price of the ticket.
There will be no reimbursements given for unused portions of the tour if the timing, itinerary, or program that was originally planned needs to be altered because of the possibility of adverse weather conditions, delays caused by other tour guests, or adjustments of the timing and schedule to weather impediments.
After the tour has begun, there are no refunds available, in whole or in part, for any of the utilized services that were included in the tour’s itinerary.
How to proceed if I need to cancel my tour booking OR I need to change my tour date?
We ask that you get in touch with our support staff as soon as possible via email so that you may submit the full details of your reservation, including the reason for the cancellation or the request to change in the tour date.
NOTE: There is a fee associated with every refund because of the policies of the local operators, the service costs of the credit cards, and the fees associated with the merchant accounts that are being used. When processing your refund, MySiemReapTours and GETFUTURA TOURS LLC will keep a 10% service fee in order to lawfully reimburse the fee that was just indicated above. This fee is required by law.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE That the processing time for reimbursing any payments that were made using a credit card may take up to ten business days. The money is promptly transferred out of our account (you will also receive this comprehensive confirmation on your email), but the bank’s credit card issuers and payment gateways have to go through a process that takes a long time to perfect the transaction.
NOTE! After any tour has been refunded, MySiemReaptours and GETFUTURA TOURS LLC do not take any responsibility for any other decisions or expenses that the clients indulge in on the same date as the tour that has not been consented to or agreed with by this office. Please be aware that in the event that the tour is unable to depart owing to extremely rough atmospheric circumstances, after the National Park authorities have been dispatched, you will be notified before departure, and your purchase amount will be quickly fully reimbursed.
IF YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR TOUR DATE, DO IT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE, IT IS FREE OF CHARGE! CONNECT WITH US AND WE WILL DO THAT FOR YOU.
In most cases, all tours continue to run regardless of the weather. In the extremely unlikely event that a tour needs to be rescheduled due to reported unsafe weather conditions or any other unexpected occurrence, a member of our staff will contact you either the evening before the tour day or the early morning of the tour date.
In the event that this occurs, you will have the option of rescheduling to a new date without incurring any additional fees or receiving a complete refund of any booking cost that you have already paid for online.
Even when the weather is less than ideal, we make sure to stick to the schedule and complete all of the tours.
- Having said that, each individual cancellation requested due to threatening but safe weather circumstances will be fully charged. If any guest needs to reschedule for days of safe but intimidating weather, we can do so free of charge by moving the tour date to a different day, subject to availability, as long as we are notified by 6:00 PM the evening before your intended trip date.

MySiemReaptours and GetFutura tours NEVER include the following cases:
- If the car, minivan, or boat does not leave on time, it will arrive at the destination at a different time than previously intended. Such issues must be discussed with the local operators. Please keep in mind that, as previously said, an itinerary can be changed for various reasons to make the most of the tour.
- If the driver’s seats or automobiles do not meet your expectations or are not exactly as shown in the photographs.
- If the driver cancels your trip due to force majeure or unavoidable circumstances, your boat, for example, may not go if there is a storm. Furthermore, this is for your safety. Therefore you should be happy about it. Also, keep in mind that in this scenario (severe weather conditions), all local operators will handle refunding your reservations, and we will take steps to ensure that!
- If your bags or personal possessions are damaged or disappear. Please take good care of your belongings and do not bring valuables on tour, the minivan, the boats, or any other tours.
- We do not accept any kind of complaint in the situation where a driver or operator changes your seat to fit a monk or handicapped person, if the vehicle driver requires you to change your seat for whatever reason (we regret having to write this, but we had too many malicious and preposterous complaints in the past years)! If this occurs, we respect the local society and have no control over it.
- Suppose the operator refuses to allow you to begin the tour due to your personal health conditions. In that case, there are hints on each tour page with specific reference to allowances and restrictions to board every boat tour. Follow the instructions, and if you have any doubts, contact us before booking because there will be no return available if the operator rejects you.
Solo tour or group tours?
We plan and create our itineraries so that you can become as involved with the local communities and nature as possible. We want to encourage all of our visitors to enjoy a fully engaged experience while respecting local traditions and customs. Your best friend/s or partner will only enhance your fantastic time in Siem Reap. While many people travel as a couple or with companions, about half of our customers and travelers come on their own since they know they will meet kind, like-minded people along the journey. When it comes to designing an exciting adventure with us, there are no similarities to a lone traveler because you will not be traveling with strangers but with friends you haven’t met yet!
Can i modify my tour dates?
It will be doable with very much all excursions, and we will assist you in making the necessary arrangements; all we ask is that you give us at least two weeks’ notice in advance, if possible.
Custom made holidays?
Yes… when you book with us, you won’t just find a typical tour; instead, we will give you a taste of what you can customize in order to see the world your way. You can take your time and see the best that Siem Reap Province and Angkor Wat have to offer, and MySiemReapTours will take care of the rest, ensuring that you get the most out of your money.
Would it be more efficient to get in touch with the office directly?

Are you a travel agency?
We are not your typical travel agency for several reasons: first of all, we deliver you information and services from the very first moment you contact us; all of our touristic destinations in Cambodia are well known presently and constantly by our team, and all of them have been tested by personal direct experience and understanding.
Passengers allowed on board motorboats / speedboats
Guests with high blood pressure, heart ailments or disorders, breathing issues, or a history of back problems are not permitted to participate in motorboat/speedboat tours. Pregnant women and children under the age of one are also not permitted on motorboat/speedboat tours.
All displayed tour prices include local taxes and local credit card fees.
All fees and charges owed to your account must be paid in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing conditions in place at the time the fee or charge is due and payable. Suppose we determine that your purchase is a high-risk transaction. In that case, we will need a copy of your valid government-issued picture identity, as well as a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase.
We have the right to alter products and prices at any moment. We also retain the right to decline any order placed with us.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel the number of items purchased per person, household, or order.
Orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing and/or delivery address may be subject to these restrictions.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to tell you by contacting the e-mail address and/or billing address/phone number supplied when the transaction was placed.
Accuracy of information
On occasion, information on the Website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to availability, promotions, and offers. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to rectify any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or any connected Service is erroneous (including after you have submitted your order).
Except as required by law, we do not commit to updating, revising, or clarifying material on the Website, including pricing information. There is no precise update or refresh date on the Website to indicate that all information on the Website or any connected Service has been edited or updated.
Suppose you make an account on the Website. In that case, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and entirely liable for all actions that occur under the account and any other activities that are done with it.
False contact information of any type may result in your account being terminated. You must promptly alert us of unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
We shall not be accountable for your actions or omissions, including any damages caused by such actions or omissions.
Suppose we conclude that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to harm our reputation and goodwill. In that case, we may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any portion of it). You may not re-register for our Services if we delete your account for the above reasons. To prevent further registration, we may block your email and Internet Protocol addresses.
Rights to intellectual property
This Agreement does not transfer any GETFUTURA TOURS LLC or third-party intellectual property from GETFUTURA TOURS LLC to you, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) entirely with GETFUTURA TOURS LLC. All trademarks, service marks, images, and logos used in conjunction with our Website or Services are the property of GETFUTURA TOURS LLC or its licensors.
Other third-party trademarks, service marks, images, and logos used in connection with our Website or Services may be ours. You have no right or permission to duplicate or otherwise use any GETFUTURA TOURS LLC or third-party trademarks by using our Website and Services.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of our Website or Services is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that such Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We fully disclaim any and all claims, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the Services will meet your needs, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor do we make any warranty about the results that may be obtained from using the Service, or about the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service, or about the correction of defects in the Service. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, GETFUTURA TOURS LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable to any person for (a) any indirect, accidental, special, punitive, cover, or resulting damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use or content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity).
To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, GETFUTURA TOURS LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors’ aggregate liability relating to the services will be limited to the greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to GETFUTURA TOURS LLC in the one month preceding the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limits and exclusions also apply if this remedy fails to adequately compensate you for any losses or fails to perform its fundamental function.
Resolution of Disputes
The creation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement, as well as any issues arising from it, shall be governed by State of Wyoming’s substantive and procedural laws, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law or choice of law, and, to the extent applicable, State of Wyoming laws. The state and federal courts in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for proceedings relating to the subject matter of this agreement, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. In any process arising out of or related to this Agreement, you hereby waive any right to a jury trial. This Agreement is exempt from the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Modifications and alterations
We retain the right to alter this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, with the revised version of this Agreement becoming effective upon posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Website.
When we do, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website following any such modifications constitutes your Agreement to such changes.
Acceptance of these conditions
You indicate that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree to be bound by this Agreement by using the Website or its Services. You are not authorized to use or access the Website or its Services if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement.
